CPD is a boutique Brisbane-based development, investment and construction enterprise that has procured an exceptional portfolio of completed works in sought-after lifestyle locations and commercial precincts within the past two decades.

It was founded more than 20 years ago by builder/developer Frank Calvisi whose hands-on involvement initiated CPD’s growth as a reputable and successful company renowned for its experience, expertise and calibre of work.

CPD’s scope of works comprises new multi-unit residential projects, quality residential refurbishments, new industrial developments, large commercial refurbishments and heritage restoration. CPD holds a QBCC open builders licence and is a member of the Queensland Master Builders Association.
